Tom Silvestro

Tom Silvestro, owner of Compass Contracting LLC, comes from a long line of hands-on home improvement experts.  He grew up learning and working alongside his talented and meticulous, grandparents, father, brothers, and uncles. 

He was taught to work smarter, not harder, by always thinking each process through prior to tackling the project, to use the proper tools for the job, always do things right, and do it safely.

With family in the various trades, such as, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, it was not surprising Tom would go into the field of general contracting.

Tom is well known as a conscientious, quality minded, skilled contractor, with the ability to manage and coordinate the various trades necessary to bring projects to a successful completion.  His solid reputation with clients, architects, and subcontractors is second to none.
